JPEG, PNG, GIF, HEIC, PSD, and supported camera RAW files become flattened, 8-bit sRGB JPEG copies. Transparency becomes white; GIFs use the first frame.
PSD files need a readable merged compatibility composite. Camera RAW support depends on your camera and macOS; Lightroom and Camera Raw sidecar edits are not applied. Keep your original files backed up separately.

Open the personal download link in your purchase email and choose Download SmugLoader for Mac. Open the ZIP, then move SmugLoader to your Applications folder.
Activate this Mac.
Open SmugLoader and choose SmugLoader → License…. Paste the SL1 license code from your purchase email and choose Activate this Mac. Use the same code on your second Mac; up to two computers can be active at once. Connect to the internet at least once every seven days, and after restarting your Mac, to refresh the license.

Connect to your own SmugMug account in the browser, choose an existing gallery or a parent folder, and drag in your photos. The SmugMug connection is separate from your FastGlass license.
Moving to a new Mac?
On a Mac you’re moving from, choose SmugLoader → License… → Deactivate this Mac, then activate the code on your new Mac. If you cannot access the old computer or have lost your license email, contact support with your purchase email.
